It is important that you use your rubber bands as much as you can to make sure that we finish your treatment in time. Rubber bands should be worn all the time and are only taken out during eating, tooth brushing, and flossing. After these activities are completed please replace your rubber bands to make sure that any tooth correction that you’ve gained with rubber band wear is not lost. Please change your rubber bands once a day.
