MI Paste

MI Paste is a dental product with RECALDENT, a special milk-derived protein that remineralizes your teeth by binding calcium and phosphate directly to enamel. This is a great product to use during and after orthodontics. Many patients develop white spot lesions on their teeth from not brushing well around their brackets and bands and leaving behind a layer of plaque and food debris. These white spots are areas of enamel that have been demineralized. Treating these demineralized surfaces with MI paste will put calcium back into the enamel and the white spots will vanish over time. Regular use of MI paste during orthodontic treatment will also help prevent cavities.
